Fitspiration is a trend that’s growing on Instagram. The content is mostly about working out, healthy meal preparation, inspirational quotes and photos of “ideal” bodies. Its main goal is to inspire people to get healthy – to start working out and clean out their diet.
There are popular personal trainers with millions of followers. Currently, there are 49 million posts under the hashtag #fitspo – the shortened version of fitspiration
